Please note that any error from the users’ side about the unsuitable choice of sizes, designs, colors, etc. will not be eligible for the return request(s)
Once we receive your return request(s) with the above information, we will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If it is valid, we will initiate your refund(s) to your first payment method. About 3-5 business days, you can receive the refund(s). It may take longer depending on the payment provider’s policies.
If you need to exchange an item due to a defect or damage, please contact us with the details mentioned above. We will process your exchange request and send you the replacement(s) item at no additional cost (not including shipping fee)
